Though the architecture is beautiful and the cuisine is often praised, the service disappoints. We faced slow, inattentive restaurant staff during meals and inconsistent housekeeping. For a luxury hotel, the lack of personal attention and prompt service detracted from our experience significantly.

Our experience was very nice from the moment we checked in, will come back. The hotel was comfortable and gorgeous with amazing location really close to lively beaches with bars, and the historic center of Porto. The staff members were all caring and helpful.

lack of attention to detail

The service staff during breakfast were surprisingly rude and unresponsive to requests, made my mornings frustrating. I expected a luxurious experience given the price, but instead, I felt dismissed and ignored.

The Onice Sea View Room had amazing ocean views and a cozy seating area. Spa facilities offered a fantastic indoor pool and sauna for relaxation. Breakfast was excellent with fresh croissants and made-to-order eggs. Plus, the complimentary bikes let us explore the beautiful coastal area easily. Staff interactions felt genuine and kind.

I loved the amazing sea view from my onice sea view room. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of freshly baked pastries and organic juices that exceeded my previous experiences in porto.

friendly service

The onice sea view room was gorgeous, offering amazing views of the ocean. The complimentary bicycles were a nice touch, and the nearby beaches and beach bars made for perfect sun-soaked days. Breakfast was excellent with a vast selection, including champagne and oysters. The small spa was lovely, too!
